Martial Arts Students Conquer Virginia Creeper Trail!

Every year martial arts students from +Red Dragon Martial Arts Center  in Morristown, TN make the drive to Abingdon, VA to test their endurance on the Virginia Creeper Trail.

The 34 mile bike ride is designed to test students confidence and perseverance, and is a great way to practice teamwork. Confidence, perseverance and teamwork are all very important Principles Of A Black Belt.

Completing the trail ride is just one of several team challenges all students must finish in order to earn a Junior Black Belt or First Degree Black Belt.
