Morristown Martial Arts - Adult Self-Defense
Every Wednesday at Red Dragon Martial Arts Center we take our adult students out into the parking lot to work their self-defense drills. This week we continued working on a basic defense versus a gun attack. Being focus and aware of your surroundings can prevent an attack like this, but everyone drops their guard at some point, so we practiced a worst case scenario.
